15 U.S.C. § 1608. Views of other agencies

In the exercise of its functions under this title [15 USCS §§ 1601 et seq.], the Board may obtain upon request the views of any other Federal agency which, in the judgment of the Board, exercises regulatory or supervisory functions with respect to any class of creditors subject to this title [15 USCS §§ 1601 et seq.].
