Kachelle Baxter’s practice focuses on consumer protection litigation and bankruptcy. Her consumer practice focuses on litigation with an emphasis on credit reporting and unlawful debt collection cases.
She has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 2012. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in the State of Oregon. She holds a B.S. from the University of Oregon, and J.D. from the Lewis & Clark Law School.
