We are co-counsel in McHill et al v. Equifax Inc., U.S. District Court (D. Oregon) Case Number 3:17-cv-01405-BR, which has been consolidated with other similar cases filed around the country. You may be a member of the putative class at such time as the Court certifies a class action.
